About the SFS Solutions Team 
The Seller Fulfillment Services (SFS) Solutions team at Walmart Marketplace is focused on building and scaling innovative fulfillment capabilities that power Walmart’s omnichannel experience. We partner across sellers, supply chain, and technology to design solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency in how orders are fulfilled and delivered to customers. Our work directly impacts customer satisfaction, associate experience, and operational excellence—driving continuous improvement through data, collaboration, and scalable program execution. 
 
What You’ll Do 
The SFS Solutions team operates in a solutions architect capacity, partnering directly with sellers to help grow their business on Walmart’s platform. The role blends sales, consultative “hunting,” and data driven storytelling. This will include analyzing seller performance, identifying opportunities, and presenting tailored packages of product-based solutions that improve fulfillment, visibility, and overall growth. By combining analytics with compelling presentations and a deep understanding of Walmart’s ecosystem, the team drives adoption of key services while delivering measurable results for sellers.  
Program Leadership & Execution 
  • Lead, coordinate, and oversee complex growth activities and assignments  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align on business goals and customer needs  
  • Drive accountability and measure progress toward program outcomes  
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
