RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan.
  • Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager.
  • Work within established knowledge management systems to deliver pre-set outcomes for area of responsibility.
  • Help develop procedures for an area of the organization, and monitor their implementation.
  • Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
  • Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data without supervision while providing technical guidance as needed in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.
  • Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on achieving full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to independently manage and apply safe systems of work while providing guidance and training to others.
