LeoLabsย is seeking a Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of mission-critical programs advancing next-generation radar capabilities for U.S. Government and commercial customers in support of Space Domain Awareness (SDA), Space Superiority, and Missile Warning missions.ย The Program Managerย will serve as the primary program execution lead andย willย be responsible forย overall program performance, customer engagement,ย stakeholder management,ย contract execution, schedule management, risk mitigation, and coordination across technical and operational teams. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of programย objectivesย whileย maintainingย alignment with contractual, technical, and business requirements.ย 

The Program Manager will work closely with Radar Systems Engineering, Mission Architecture, Product, and customer stakeholders to ensure technical and programmatic success.ย 

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background managing complex technical programs in aerospace, defense, space operations, or related industries.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Lead day-to-day program execution and serve as the primary interface betweenย LeoLabsย and customer stakeholdersย 
  • Manage program scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful contract performanceย 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product, business development, and customer successย 
  • Monitor program performance against contractual, technical, cost, and schedule objectivesย 
  • Develop andย maintainย integrated program plans, schedules, status reports, and customer briefingsย 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while driving issue resolution and corrective actionsย 
  • Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, program management reviews, and milestone eventsย 
  • Support contract administration activities, including change management, reporting requirements, and deliverable trackingย 
  • Collaborate with business development and capture teams toย identifyย follow-on opportunities, contract growth initiatives, and customer expansion effortsย 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory obligationsย

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in complex operational or technical environmentsย 
  • Strong knowledge of program management principles, lifecycle management, and risk management practicesย 
  • Experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, space, intelligence, or technology programsย 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsย 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities andย operateย effectively in a fast-paced environmentย 
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain any required security clearancesย 

Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force, Intelligence Community, NASA, or other government customersย 
  • Familiarity with Space Domain Awareness (SDA), Space Situational Awareness (SSA), space operations, radar systems, or related mission areasย 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management credentialย 
  • Experience managing cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, and/or time-and-materials contractsย 
  • Active U.S. security clearanceย 
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Program Management, or a related disciplineย
