Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OEM Alliance Program Manager with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic Business Support team.

This position is ideal for a candidate with experience in:

  • Program management
  • OEM partnerships

The role includes supporting OEM alliance initiatives, managing business requirements, driving alignment across stakeholders, and ensuring successful program execution.


Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and promotion of the OEM Alliance program.
  • Serve as a planning resource for OEM Alliance Battery Electric Vehicle initiatives.
  • Support intake and scoping of new business initiatives and requests from alliance partners.
  • Coordinate gathering of detailed requirements and use cases.
  • Partner with Business Planning on cost collection and pricing activities for OEM alliances.
  • Review cost data and work with product teams to address gaps.
  • Collaborate with Contracts and Legal teams to ensure contract terms align with business expectations.
  • Review and refine contracts and provide feedback as needed.
  • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to align on business needs and expectations.
  • Identify roles and responsibilities and concept vehicle requirements.
  • Identify and propose options to solve business problems.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations reflecting ideas, concepts, and proposed solutions.
  • Lead/support other OEM alliance members to promote successful delivery of management activities.
  • Provide program planning and execution support.
  • Manage development progress of BEV initiatives.
  • Create and maintain plans to track deliverables, measure progress, and ensure alignment with milestones.
  • Develop project roadmaps and deliver presentations.
  • Plan and coordinate with stakeholders including production support teams and project managers.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner and coordinate teams toward resolution.
  • Provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
  • Schedule and support meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure teams stay aligned and progress toward closure.

Minimum Qualification

Required Education & Experience
