Job Description We are seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager for the Pearl 10X Nacelle to join our team. The role will support the transition from definition to manufacturing and delivery, while driving hardware qualification and certification readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aerospace program management, supplier engagement, and engineering governance to ensure alignment with project and customer needs. Responsibilities: Interface daily with the nacelle supplier across program and engineering teams, including leadership. Define clear task expectations and drive closure of actions in both directions. Support task delivery and the integrated project plan, including CDR closure and on-time delivery of development and flight test hardware. Maintain and report appropriate metrics, issuing a weekly status update to the leadership team. Support approval processes with the airframer and internal stakeholders for engineering and quality documentation, including drawings, QTPs, and concessions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Program management experience in aerospace or closely related development environments. Engineering background with ability to engage on technical topics and supplier deliverables. Strong communication and influencing skills with customer and supplier stakeholders. Delivery focus with structured problem solving and action tracking. Education and experience: Associate's degree with 7+ years, or Bachelor's with 5+ years, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD/JD. Preferred Skills: Long-term program management experience within powerplant development. Prior supplier or customer representative experience. Hard Requirements: Engineering background. Program management experience with a structured, closure-driven approach. Aerospace industry experience. Ability to obtain a Boeing badge. Role Context: The nacelle development is a critical path activity for Pearl 10X. The position will be embedded with the nacelle supplier to provide governance, oversight, and influence during design, manufacture, and delivery, ensuring alignment with program and customer requirements.
