Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate across departments and inspire a team to achieve marketing goals. Engagement Manager will report to the Director of Optichannel Engagement.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Engagement
  • - Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Deeply understanding client requirements and challenges to tailor brand marketing solutions effectively.
  • Providing strategic thinking and actionable recommendations toto brand marketing clients when designing and implementing customized optichannel marketing HCP/DTC engagements
  • :Maintaining proactive and high-quality communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop strategic optichannel media plans, and manage the media acquisition and deployment process for client engagement
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and addressing any concerns.

Project Management:
  • Overseeing all aspects of client projects, from planning and evidence gathering to analysis and report delivery.
  • Work with identified internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • Developing project plans with clear timelines and deliverables, and managing projects to stay on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all project deliverables.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Liaising with vendors to recommend programs, contracted programs, timely data deliveries.

Prerequisites:
  • We value experience with pharmaceutical or biotech companies, marketing agencies, creative agencies
  • Experience managing multiple clients and broad scope of deliverables required
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with broad AI/ML concepts and trends and their application in the life sciences marketing space, along with experience using CRM systems and other engagement platforms.

Hard Skills:
  • Required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Suite
  • Experience with Project Management
