Field Based / Full Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced learning and development professional to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for Novocure's U.S. field organization. This position partners closely with Patient Experience, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and other cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop innovative training solutions, coach field employees, and reinforce high performance. While this role supports learning across the organization, there is a significant focus on the Patient Experience (Device Support Specialist) organization and ongoing field development beyond onboarding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, develop and facilitate instructor-led, virtual and digital learning programs.
  • Create engaging learner-centered curriculum, facilitator guides, job aids and digital resources.
  • Conduct field coaching and observations to reinforce learning and identify development opportunities.
  • Support new product, process and system training initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify learning priorities and close performance gaps.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.
  • Serve as a trusted learning partner and influence without direct authority.

ABOUT YOU

You are a collaborative coach who enjoys helping others succeed. You bring professionalism, strong communication skills, instructional design expertise, and the ability to build credibility with field teams. You are positive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently while influencing across functions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 + years in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, DME, sales, clinical education, marketing or training.
  • 3 + years of Learning & Development experience.
  • Experience facilitating technical and/or clinical product training for field-based teams.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel to support field learning initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oncology experience.
  • Experience supporting commercial field organizations.
  • Adult learning and instructional design expertise.
  • Medical device or biotech industry experience.

HOW YOU'LL WORK

  • Field-based role with regular travel to support field teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Patient Experience and Medical Affairs.
  • Influence learning strategy while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT WE OFFER

This pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $75,000 - $103,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
