A Manager Product Manager at a startup oversees the product management team and is responsible for guiding the product strategy and execution. They work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to ensure the product meets customer needs and aligns with the company's vision. Being adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities is essential, as you'll frequently need to pivot based on new data or evolving business needs.

Outstanding communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills help you excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and lead cross-functional teams.
