Job description

At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

About the Job You're Considering

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design - augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

The Process Excellence team helps clients improve how work gets done across core enterprise processes by combining process design, process mining, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled / agentic approaches to drive measurable business outcomes. The work is practical and value-focused: identifying inefficiencies, surfacing root causes through data, redesigning workflows, improving control and performance, and building roadmaps that translate operational pain points into real transformation. It is a strong fit for people who like solving complex business problems in a structured, evidence-based way and who can connect AI, intelligent automation, and process insight to broader enterprise transformation.

Your Role

As a Management Consultant you'll lead multi-process transformation programs at scale-owning outcomes, shaping the work, and building trusted advisory relationships with both Ops and IT leaders. This role blends delivery leadership with commercial shaping.

You Will:
Own process transformation programs across functions/geographies, including projects across process mining and automation discovery & delivery
Establish governance, value realization, and adoption models at scale across process mining and automation portfolios
Manage client relationships and responsible for project delivery success
Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and vendor coordination
Shape proposals, scope programs, and support business development
Lead teams and elevate delivery capability through mentorship
Drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams and timelines

As AI reshapes how organizations operate and make decisions, this role operates in an AIenabled consulting model, where AI is embedded into transformation design, governance, delivery cadence, and value realization-not treated as a standalone initiative.

Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AIenabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AIaugmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AIdriven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience
8-10+ years in transformation consulting with program ownership
Strong leadership across multi-stakeholder operational change
Commercial mindset; comfortable shaping and selling work
Experience with process mining and automation tools (i.e. UiPath, Celonis, Signavio, etc.)
Depth in automation strategy, governance, and value realization
Ability to build repeatable approaches and scale delivery quality
