Position Overview

This role will expand the impact of the Operations Excellence team to the broader Coeur organization by eliminating manual work through AI-enabled automation, and by integrating data across systems into a unified, governed analytics foundation. The successful candidate will design and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows that streamline data flows, reporting, PowerPoint development, and repetitive administrative processes across departments such as Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal and other Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to drive efficiency, scalability, and automation to Coeur's business processes across the organization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify inefficiencies and transform manual, repeatable workflows (e.g., month-end close, power point generation, financial and HR reporting) and deploy AI-agent driven solutions to automate these functions
  • Design and implement Claude-powered automation solutions that streamline workflows, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and month-end reporting—leveraging AI to extract, validate, and transform data while generating audit-ready outputs and business insights
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents using enterprise platforms (e.g., M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Snowflake Intelligence / Cortex Agents) to execute end-to-end business workflows
  • Architect and implement streamlined data workflows that integrate across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Snowflake, documents), enabling seamless data movement, transformation, and standardization
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders by translating operational pain points into automated solutions, leading discovery sessions, quantifying value, and prioritizing high-impact use cases

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist
  • Experience in using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
  • Keen ability to communicate across an organization and gain a working understanding of the operating dynamics and needs of various functions and stakeholders
  • Well-developed collaboration and execution orientation
  • Matillion data workflow management
  • Snowflake data management
  • SAP & Oracle
