Job description

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Prior Authorization Specialist to join their team. The primary responsibilities include receiving fertility specialty prescriptions and managing prior authorization processes through interaction with insurance companies and clinics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving prescriptions (fertility specialty).
  • Handling prior authorization by making outbound calls to insurance companies and engaging in chats with clinics.
  • Meeting the goal of working through 20 patients per day.

Qualifications
  • Pharmacy Technician experience.
  • Preferred experience in pharmacy (retail, mail order, or specialty).
  • Pharmacy Technician State of TX License

Skills
  • Proficiency with pharmacy protocols and processes.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with insurance companies and clinics.

Schedule
M-F shift 9:00 am -5:30 pm or 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.
Additional Requirements
Great training is provided to ensure success in this role.
