Prepress OperatorJoin Millennium Print Group as a Prepress Operator (Day Shift or Night Shift)!

We're looking for a Prepress Operator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you're passionate about print production, graphic file preparation, and delivering exceptional quality, this is your opportunity to help produce world-class trading cards enjoyed by collectors around the globe.

Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift 7am -7pm on a 2,2,3,2 rotation | Night Shift 7pm -7am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation

What You'll Do
  • Review customer artwork and job tickets to ensure production accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare, edit, and process print-ready files using Adobe Creative Cloud and prepress software.
  • Perform file preflight, imposition, proofing, and plate production.
  • Produce proofs and printing plates using Kodak and Esko systems.
  • Verify color breaks, page positioning, crop marks, die lines, and production specifications.
  • Troubleshoot artwork and file issues while collaborating with Client Services and Production teams.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet production schedules.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, security, and operational procedures.

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Typically requires 2-3 years of experience in prepress, graphic production, or commercial printing to be successful in the role.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat).
  • Experience with Kodak Prinergy/InSite, Preps, EFI Metrix, or similar workflow software preferred.
  • Strong understanding of print production and file preparation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
