Job description


Access Health Dental is seeking a fun, caring, results-oriented Practice Manager. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for providing high-quality services, emphasizing being a health advocate for our patients. As a Practice Manager, you are empowered to guide and lead the operations of the Practice in support of the organization’s patient and clinical care, with management and performance objectives.

Specifically, this role will be accountable for evaluating the operations and financial performance to determine goals for the Practice’s growth and success, including providing guidance and aiding team members in completing their daily tasks to achieve AHD’s purpose of creating happy, healthy, good paying patients who review, repeat and refer.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manages, leads, and encourages the team towards achieving our purpose and Practice’s growth goals are consistently being met
  • Ensures the Practice provides exceptional service to exceed patient’s expectations
  • Evaluate operating and financial performance to determine if Practice is operating optimally, assess ways to meet and exceed growth goals, and propose potential changes to Practices to Practice Support Center, as necessary
  • Oversees daily operations of Practice to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance measurements set forth by and for the Practice
  • Success in this role is measured in terms of the achievement of our purpose, and the Practice’s defined growth and financial goals (eg, growth in production, achievement of optimal profitability measured by contribution margin

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year related experience managing a dental practice is required
  • Experience with budgeting & finance management
  • Knowledge of clinic operations and patient care management
