Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst-Power Platform Developer to support IT initiatives focused on documentation, process automation, and governance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power Platform technologies and a proven background working as a Senior Business Analyst in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support IT projects related to documentation, process automation, and governance.
  • Develop Power Automate solutions to assist with automating manual activities.
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and support Microsoft Copilot Agents.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to support project and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in any discipline.
  • 5–10 years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience developing Microsoft Copilot Agents.
  • Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (1–3 years preferred).
  • Experience supporting IT-related projects, documentation, automation, and governance initiatives.
