Looking for a seasoned boots-on-the-ground Convenience Store Manager to lead our Gilbert operation. We need a leader who understands that a profitable store is built on tight inventory controls, accurate price books and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- PDI Power User: Manage the full lifecycle of store data, including price book maintenance, EDI, invoice processing and daily reconciliation
- Inventory & Shrink Control: Use PDI reporting to identify variances, manager high-risk categories (tobacco/lottery), and execute monthly audits to maintain shrink rate.
- Fuel & Margin Management: Monitor fuel deliveries, reconcile jobber bills and manage pool margins to ensure maximum profitability.
- Team Leadership: recruit, train and mentor a high-performing team. This includes scheduling and working at the retail level with your team.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a C-Store Management role.
- Technical Mastery: You must be proficient in PDI Enterprise or PDI C-Store Essentials.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read a P&L statement and use PDI data to drive labor scheduling and inventory orders.
- Local Commitment: Reliable transportation and the ability to work in a flexible schedule in the Gilbert / East Valley area.
