About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Concrete Coating Sales Professional to join our growing team.

In this role, you will meet with homeowners and commercial customers, evaluate their concrete surfaces, understand their needs, recommend the right coating solution, and guide them confidently through the purchasing process.

Our ideal candidate is a consultative salesperson and strong closer who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, building trust, and turning qualified opportunities into completed projects.

Experience in concrete coatings is a plus, but candidates with successful backgrounds in home improvement, construction, roofing, flooring, remodeling, windows and doors, HVAC, solar, or other in-home sales are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective customers for scheduled sales appointments and estimates.
• Inspect garages, patios, pool decks, driveways, walkways, commercial floors, and other concrete surfaces.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coating systems and solutions.
• Educate customers on coating options, colors, finishes, durability, maintenance, warranties, and installation.
• Measure project areas and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Deliver professional, persuasive sales presentations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Maintain accurate customer, estimate, and sales information in the company's CRM or sales system.
• Coordinate with office and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Build referral opportunities and maintain strong relationships with previous customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and closing-rate goals.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, flooring, concrete coatings, or another in-home service industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
• Confident negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working with performance-based compensation and sales targets.
• Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
• Basic ability to measure spaces and calculate project square footage.
• Comfortable learning technical information about concrete preparation and coating systems.
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, decorative concrete, flooring, or related products.
• Previous in-home sales experience.
• Experience using CRM, estimating, or proposal software.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of concrete surface preparation, moisture issues, cracks, repairs, grinding, and coating applications is a plus.
