Job description

LD Safety Marking Corporation is one of New England's leading pavement marking contractors, helping build and maintain the roadways that millions of people rely on every day.

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who wants more than just a seasonal job. Whether you're a recent college graduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field-or you're a few years into your career and looking for greater responsibility-this role offers hands-on experience, real accountability, and a clear path for growth.

What You'll Do

Working directly alongside our field crews on major highway and roadway projects, you will:

  • Verify that epoxy and polyurea pavement markings are installed to contract specifications.
  • Perform quality control inspections and field measurements.
  • Document production quantities and maintain accurate project records.
  • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and state inspectors.
  • Track material usage and support compliance reporting requirements.
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Why This Role Matters

Your work directly impacts the success of our projects. The information you collect and the attention to detail you bring help ensure contract compliance, support our field operations, and maintain the quality standards our customers expect.

Why LD Safety Marking?

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the heavy highway construction industry while working on projects throughout New England. You'll learn from experienced professionals, develop valuable field and project management skills, and build a foundation for a long-term career in construction operations, quality management, or project management.

If you're someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to grow your career with a respected industry leader, we'd love to hear from you.
