Job description

Meet your closet’s newest favorites--a casually cool collection of wardrobe must-haves designed by the fashionably-sensitive sisters, Sara and Erin Foster. Go ahead, find your favorite.

Favorite Daughter is looking for a social-first, creator-savvy marketer who is equally at home in front of the camera as behind a performance dashboard. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Director of Marketing & Social, this role executes and helps shape the brand’s social presence, producing organic content, driving community engagement, and building a creator commerce engine that converts culture into revenue. You will manage day-to-day channel execution, create content yourself (including on-camera), and grow affiliate programs across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, ShopMy, LTK, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, understands the creator economy, and knows how to turn attention into sales.

Content Production & Organic Social

  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Social, manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook, aligned to product launches, brand campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Supplement on-camera content by appearing in organic social content as needed.
  • Support the brand founders in creating content, developing concepts, and assisting with execution to bring their on-camera presence to life across platforms.
  • Plan and execute social-first photoshoots and support content capture during larger brand shoot days, as directed by the Director of Marketing & Social.
  • Produce and edit photo, video, and motion assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and best practices; surface relevant opportunities to the Director of Marketing & Social to keep Favorite Daughter culturally relevant and algorithm-friendly.
  • Monitor competitive activity and translate emerging formats into rapid, conversion-focused content opportunities.

Creator Commerce & Affiliate Programs

  • In partnership with the Director of Marketing & Social, execute and help scale all affiliate programs—TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping Affiliate, ShopMy, LTK, and Pinterest—optimizing links, codes, commissions, payouts, and ROI.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Social, identify and onboard creators who authentically align with Favorite Daughter’s aesthetic and audience.
  • Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns—outreach, gifting, product seeding, affiliate setup, paid partnerships, deliverables, and timelines—as directed by the Director of Marketing & Social.
  • Maintain the VIP creator master list and cultivate ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and platform reps.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing & Social to strategically allocate budget, inventory, and opportunities across the creator roster to maximize revenue impact.
  • Support brand events by coordinating creator attendance, content capture, and post-event amplification.

Community Management & Growth

  • Own real-time community management across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other active platforms—responding to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and in brand voice.
  • Foster authentic community by engaging meaningfully with followers, customers, and creators.
  • Identify and flag high-value UGC, creator posts, and community moments to the Director of Marketing & Social for amplification.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and surface key feedback or trends to the Director of Marketing & Social and the broader team.
  • Support channel growth through content execution, creator collaborations, and trend-forward posting, in alignment with strategy set by the Director of Marketing & Social.

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze KPIs across all social channels and affiliate programs; share findings and recommendations with the Director of Marketing & Social on a regular cadence.
  • Track ROI and report on revenue contribution from TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, ShopMy, LTK, and Pinterest.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Social, provide data-driven reports with clear insights, actionable takeaways, and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously test and iterate on content and creator partnerships based on performance data; bring optimization recommendations to the Director of Marketing & Social for prioritization.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media management, creator commerce, or influencer/affiliate marketing for a fashion, beauty, or DTC brand.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping Affiliate, ShopMy, LTK, and/or Pinterest Shopping.
  • Proven ability to create compelling organic content natively—you know what performs on each platform because you live on them.
  • Comfortable on camera and willing to appear in supplemental content when needed; experience supporting or producing founder-led content a plus.
  • Hands-on editing experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable revenue through affiliate and creator programs.
  • Strong understanding of the women’s contemporary fashion/apparel creator landscape.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into strategy.
