PART-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

OFFICE MANAGER IN FREMONT

NorthStar Services in Fremont is looking for a creative, team-oriented, self-motivated individual to fill a part-time position for Office Manager 25 hours per week. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining employee records, completing new-hire paperwork, reconciling bank accounts, completing accounts payable records, directing visitors and telephone calls, etc. This is an hourly position with a starting wage of $15.50/hour. Requirements for employment include: being at least 18 years of age, having a high school diploma or a GED, a valid driver’s license subject to Agency standards, and good organizational and computer skills. An abuse and neglect central registry check, as well as a criminal history background check are completed for all new employees as well as annually for all current employees.
