A Manager Pavement Engineering oversees the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of pavement structures such as roads, highways, and runways. They manage teams of engineers and technicians, ensure projects meet technical standards and regulatory requirements, and are responsible for budgeting and scheduling. Additionally, they analyze pavement materials, supervise testing procedures, and implement strategies for pavement preservation and rehabilitation. This collaborative approach helps identify potential issues early and supports efficient, high-quality project delivery.
