Job Overview

This role is responsible for building and scaling Monex's global demand generation engine, transforming awareness into qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of International Marketing, this role owns the global demand generation strategy across paid media, ABM, partnerships, events, email, digital campaigns, marketing automation, and lead management. You will lead a global team while partnering closely with Sales, Dealing, Partnerships, and Regional Specialists to drive pipeline growth and optimize the customer journey. As Monex continues to expand its global marketing organization, this role is designed with a clear pathway to Director, offering exceptional opportunities for increased leadership, strategic influence, and career advancement based on performance and business needs.

ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Pipeline Growth
  • Develop and execute Monex's global demand generation strategy against marketing-sourced pipeline ($ and volume) targets
  • Define and govern MQL/SQL criteria, lead scoring, nurturing, routing, and Sales SLAs to drive MQL-to-SQL conversion and SLA adherence
  • Build an integrated campaign calendar across paid media, ABM, partnerships, email, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, and content marketing, with regional pipeline coverage targets built in
Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Lead global multi-channel campaigns to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth, using A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization to continuously improve performance
  • Manage the demand generation budget and optimize investment based on cost per qualified opportunity and campaign ROI
  • Use intent-data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Bombora) to prioritize ABM and outbound targeting
  • Own Monex's competitive intelligence program and leverage market insights to strengthen campaigns, sales enablement, and win rate on marketing-sourced opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution — using GA4 and pipeline dashboards to make campaign-to-close revenue attribution provable, not asserted
  • Use AI tools for campaign content generation, data analysis, and workflow automation across reporting and lead management
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and develop a global demand generation team (4 direct reports), including Partnership Marketing, Events & Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Campaign/Paid Media specialists
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and lead quality
  • Establish scalable processes that support global consistency while allowing for regional flexibility
Required Qualifications

  • Proven success building integrated marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns including ABM, paid media, partnerships, events, email marketing, and digital marketing
  • Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, CRO) and intent-data platforms (6sense, Bombora, or similar)
  • Experience working with Sales to define lead qualification, routing, and service-level agreements
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and workflow automation
  • Financial services, fintech, payments, banking, treasury, or SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, marketing attribution and pipeline dashboards, funnel analytics, SEO/SEM, and campaign performance optimization
  • Strategic, commercially minded, and data-driven; strong communicator able to lead distributed global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders while balancing global consistency with regional flexibility
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required
