General Description
The Digital Marketing Manager leads the execution and optimization of Legend Senior Living's digital marketing programs across a growing portfolio of communities. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy, this role manages website performance, SEO, paid media, marketing automation, analytics, and digital customer experience.
Working closely with Marketing Managers, Sales, Operations, and agency partners, you'll transform integrated marketing strategies into high-performing digital campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified demand, and improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing strategies that support occupancy, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to develop digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Stay current on digital trends, AI, and emerging technologies.
Website & Search
  • Manage website performance, content updates, and user experience.
  • Lead SEO, local search, technical SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Support AI-powered search optimization and website enhancements.
  • Monitor Core Web Vitals and overall website health.
Paid Media & Marketing Technology
  • Manage paid search, paid social, display advertising, and agency performance.
  • Administer HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, email campaigns, forms, and automation.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to improve CRM utilization and lead routing.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor performance across GA4, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, and CRM reporting.
  • Build reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, conversion, and lead quality.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
  • Manage agency and technology partner relationships.
  • Provide digital marketing guidance to Sales, Operations, and community teams.
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives across the organization.

Requirements
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Ability to work primarily in office in Wichita, KS (no remote candidates will be considered).
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
Technical Skills
Experience with:
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • WordPress or similar CMS
  • SEO and local search optimization
  • Email marketing and automation platforms
  • Project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
