Role:
As the Club Manager of The Stable, you will be responsible for the overall success of the club, leading every aspect of the business including operations, membership growth, personal training services, community engagement, and the strategic partnership with OxeFit.
This is more than a traditional club management position. You will serve as the operational leader of The Stable and the primary liaison between The Stable and OxeFit, balancing the priorities and expectations of both organizations while delivering a seamless, premium member experience.
Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building processes, and takes ownership without waiting for direction. You'll be responsible for growing the business, developing a high-performing team, and creating a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence.
You will own the club's performance by driving membership growth, expanding personal training revenue, hiring and developing exceptional trainers and staff, cultivating community partnerships, and ensuring The Stable consistently delivers a best-in-class experience.
Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:
Membership Growth & Sales
Drive membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Generate sales through tours, referrals, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
Build relationships within the community to increase brand awareness.
Personal Training & Performance
Grow the personal training business and overall profitability.
Recruit, hire, coach, and retain exceptional trainers.
Monitor trainer performance, productivity, and service quality.
OxeFit Partnership & Product Sales
Serve as the primary liaison between The Stable and OxeFit.
Drive sales of OxeFit products, including XP1, XS1, and OxeAI.
Strengthen collaboration between both organizations and identify growth opportunities.
Leadership
Build and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead by example with professionalism and exceptional service.
Community Relations
Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local marketing initiatives.
Prospect and develop partnerships with local businesses, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations.
Lead creative grassroots marketing initiatives to increase visibility and member acquisition. This can look like throwing a club event or participating in a tradeshow for example.
Operations & Financial Management
Lead daily club operations and deliver a premium member experience.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and full P&L accountability.
Improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency while maintaining service excellence.
Education and Experience:
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based businesses.
Strong leadership, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
