Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Undergraduate adjunct faculty member providing Clinical Practice supervision to Education Student Teachers
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide supervision to Education students who are completing their semester of Clinical Practice.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Experience in teaching in a K-12 Education environment.
  • Completed state mandated training in the South Carolina Teaching Standards (SCTS 4.0) Rubric and passed the required certification exam.
  • The ability to mentor a student through their clinical practice experience.
  • Have a flexible schedule and the means to visit students at their placement sites throughout Greenville County.
