Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to serve as Unit Supply Specialists in the U.S. Army Reserve. In this part-time federal service role, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate, well-organized records that directly support unit efficiency and readiness. You will gain hands-on experience in processing documentation, managing inventory systems, ensuring proper storage and accountability, issuing equipment and supplies, and reconciling discrepancies. These responsibilities build valuable skills in logistics management, recordkeeping, and supply chain operations that translate directly to civilian careers, while ensuring resources are available when needed and issues are resolved quickly.

Requirements:

Attend a 22-week paid training program to gain skills and certifications in SAP system operations, inventory management system operations, order management, inventory management, warehouse storage, inventory record keeping, reconcile inventory discrepancies, inventory operations, and budget management.

Advanced certifications require additional fully funded training programs.
