Preferred
 5+ years in RightNow (including the latest release) 
 2+ years in PHP, HTML, CSS, Shell Scripting 
 4+ years in Integration (Batch, Real-time - SOAP, XML, Web Services, etc.) 
  Add-In Development using RightNow Desktop Add-in framework  
  Widget design
  Ability to configure the Oracle RightNow application
  Able to write and execute ROQL queries
  CRUD operations using Connect web services  
  Should have worked on integration between different systems - CTI, Portal integration, SMS 
  Should have strong functional skills 
  Knowledge of Oracle Policy Automation/Oracle Knowledge/Social Relationship Management and Oracle Field Service Cloud would be an advantage 
  Excellent Client handling skills 
  Should have handled at least 3-4 projects involving complex UI customization, Complex integrations and High Volume Data Migration 
  Strong CRM Domain Knowledge, with special focus on Service Domain 
  Experience and expertise in Cloud Implementation 
  Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, Functional/ Technical documentation
  Language interfaces/ deployment in multi country setups

Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with IT.
