Job Summary
The Senior Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a key member of ZOLL Business Applications and Development Team. The Sr. Oracle Fusion SCM SME is responsible for the end-to-end support, enhancement, and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. This role acts as a liaison between Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, and Developers, ensuring that Oracle SCM solutions are stable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Essential Functions
  • Serve as the functional expert for Oracle Fusion SCM applications, including: Supply, Demand, S&OP Planning, Order Management and Shipping, Procurement and Receiving, Inventory Management, Global Trade Management, Manufacturing and Quality
  • Ensure system configurations support current and future business processes.
  • Provide production support, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Translate business needs into system design specifications, configurations, and integration requirements.
  • Evaluate impacts across upstream and downstream applications when changes are proposed.
  • Collaborate with development team on integration, extension, and report on technical solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SCM modules.
  • Assess quarterly release impact, enable new features, and coordinate regression testing.
  • Participate and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and supply chain lean initiatives.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information science, or engineering required
  • Master's Degree in related fields preferred
  • 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Experience working in a regulated medical devices manufacturing environment preferred
  • Proven experience in large-scale global Oracle SCM projects. Minimum 5 full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience in Agile and /or ITIL environments required
  • Oracle Cloud SCM Certification(s)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and Oracle ERP system architecture
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven abilities in translating business needs into system solutions and driving the necessary changes to streamline processes

The annual salary for this position is:
$135,000.00 to $165,000.00
This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
