Job description

The Finance Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A is a key finance leader responsible for consolidation, enterprise reporting, and planning support across Inspire Brands' multi-brand restaurant platform. This role partners across brand finance, accounting, treasury, company restaurants and corporate functions to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting for monthly results, forecasts, annual operating plans, and executive materials. The position requires strong experience in financial consolidation, management reporting, systems-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a large, multi-unit, portfolio-based business environment.
This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 4 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Consolidation and Reporting:
  • Plan, manage, and deliver the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, forecasts, and operating plans across brands, shared services, and corporate functions.
  • Present recurring management reporting packages, variance analyses, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership, including CFO-ready materials and Board reporting.
  • Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year, clearly identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities for internal performance and vs industry peers.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of consolidated reporting outputs and maintain strong controls over reporting processes and data integrity.

Support Enterprise Planning Processes:
  • Drive the annual operating plan, periodic forecast cycles, long-range planning activities, and capital planning processes for the enterprise.
  • Partner with Treasury and Accounting to forecast cash flows, balance sheet, and capital structure, including and driver-based projections tied to historical reported results and trends.
  • Create and communicate planning calendars, reporting templates, and standardized assumptions to improve process efficiency and forecast discipline.

Own Reporting Systems and Data Quality:
  • Build and share deep knowledge of Inspire Brands' financial systems, metadata, and hierarchies to serve as a go-to resource for consolidation and reporting needs.
  • Leverage enterprise planning and consolidation systems such as Oracle EPM, Hyperion, FCCS, or similar tools to streamline reporting, improve automation, and increase analytical capability.
  • Identify reporting issues, inconsistencies, or process gaps and proactively drive solutions that improve scalability, transparency, and decision support.

Deliver Business Insight and Executive Support:
  • Lead the creation of business summaries, leadership presentations, and ad hoc analyses that translate financial data into concise, actionable insight.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects and enterprise initiatives as needed, including scenario modeling and performance tracking.

Partner Across Functions and Develop Talent:
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, company restaurants and other support center teams to ensure coordinated planning and reporting across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to 2+ senior analysts or analysts, prioritize team deliverables, and support the continuous development of best practices within Corporate FP&A.
  • Deliver strong internal customer service and respond effectively to recurring and ad hoc requests from finance and business stakeholders.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • MBA, CPA, or other advanced finance or accounting credential preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, or related roles.
  • Experience in a multi-unit, multi-brand, franchise, retail, hospitality, or restaurants preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing consolidated forecasts, management reporting packages, variance analysis, and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience working with financial planning and consolidation systems such as Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Workforce Management, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Prior experience partnering with accounting and treasury teams on cash flow, balance sheet, and reporting alignment preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, management reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong proficiency in building clear, accurate, and executive-ready reporting materials.
  • Strong systems aptitude with working knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, FCCS, or related reporting and planning tools.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of financial and operational information into concise narratives.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, balance competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous people leadership or informal team leadership experience.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional partnership and communication skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.

DIRECT REPORTS
  • May supervise or provide day-to-day direction to two or more senior analysts or analysts.
  • Expected to operate with both leadership and hands-on execution responsibilities.
