The Digital Press Operator plays a critical role in the production process by efficiently setting up, operating, and maintaining digital printing presses. Working within a small team of 1-5 operators and reporting to the Production Manager, this role demands a combination of technical skill, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety standards. The operator is responsible for managing print quality through color calibration and ink management, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring timely completion of print jobs. This position requires familiarity with digital printing software and the ability to operate both hybrid/manual and software-driven presses. Occasional overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare digital presses for print runs
- Monitor print production to ensure quality and consistency
- Inspect printed materials for defects and perform quality control checks
- Maintain and service equipment to ensure optimal operation

Required Qualifications
