PatchMaster is a growing national company is looking for a motivated individual to lead our team of drywall repair specialists. The ideal candidate has experience managing a team, is detail-oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable, and presentable, and can guide a technician to follow a specific process to perform quality drywall repairs.
Role and Responsibilities:
The manager/operator is expected to have extensive experience in drywall repair, drywall installation, or general home repair; as well as experience managing a business or work crews. Candidates will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the project, including scheduling, operational details, estimating, ordering supplies, and follow-up.
The manager/operator will be responsible for checking in on a team of technicians in various locations throughout the duration of the project. The manager/operator requires good communication skills to provide project status to the customer and progress reports to the business owner.
Salary based on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses in addition to base pay is possible after a training period.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of working with drywall installation or repairs required
  • Experience with managing construction, carpentry, or home repair crews is a big plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
