Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Scheduling
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset.
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Contact new leads and schedule consultations.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for both the sales and installation teams.
  • Update customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a smooth experience.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company software systems.
  • Monitor lead activity and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with order tracking, customer updates, and issue resolution.
  • Support warehouse and operations processes as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Work closely with sales, installation, and leadership teams to ensure operational excellence.
