What you will do: Oversee our delivery and warehouse teams composed of Technical, Delivery and Warehouse Associates. (7-12) Ensure that all customers are receiving top level service and that service levels are met.

Supervise warehouse activities and ensure inventory targets are attained (i.e.: inventory values, days of inventory on hand, etc.) Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, route rides, and one on one communication. Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies. Oversee and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring these are executed and completed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policy Manage, and support the employee lifecycle (recruitment, orientation, and onboarding, retention, and offboarding)

Provide coaching and performance feedback, supporting professional growth, training, and development Ensures an inclusive and collaborative work environment that is aligned with KDP values and policies Collaborate closely with Associate Managers and leaders across the territory and country to promote synergy Total Rewards: CAD $73,900.00 - $95,700.00 annually Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
