Job description

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties by coordinating landscape, snow, and external maintenance services through a network of contracted Service Partners. This is a fast-paced client operations role focused on vendor performance, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. This position does not supervise warehouse, manufacturing, or field crews directly.Job duties: Client Management Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned commercial clients

Build relationships with facility managers and corporate stakeholders. Manage customer escalations through resolution. Vendor Managment Manage a network of contracted landscape and snow removal vendors.

Hold vendors accountable to service quality and contractual expectations. Coordinate procurement and replacement of vendors when needed. Operational Oversight Review inspections, work orders, and service validations.

Ensure contractual SLAs are met. Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Seasonal Planning Prepare portfolios for landscape and snow seasons.

Coordinate service coverage before, during, and after weather events. Technology Utilize Salesfore, proprietary mobile applications, and operational software to manage work. .
