This position contributes to the success and growth of the practice while fostering a positive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent

  • Education may be considered in lieu of experience.

Experience:

  • 1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met

Skills, Knowledge Abilities:

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals.

  • Problem-solving: Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
