Job description

Overview

This role serves as a central operational resource for Mangrove Management Partners ("MMP") and The Vascular Care Group ("TVCG"), with a primary focus on strategic project management, support for clinical initiatives, and physician-facing operations. The Operations Manager partners closely with physician and executive leadership to advance organizational priorities, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure accountability across efforts.

The Operations Manager will report to the Executive Vice President of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support and track strategic priorities across MMP and TVCG, including ad hoc projects assigned by executive leadership
  • Maintain real-time project trackers to monitor initiative status, ownership, deadlines, and follow-up items across the organization
  • Partner with physician leadership to develop, document, and manage clinical care pathways and other policies and procedures to support clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational and quality goals
  • Track physician case reviews, document key takeaways, and ensure action items are followed up on in a timely manner
  • Support physician evaluation and training activities, including scheduling, materials preparation, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor, report, and resolve daily operational issues for MMP and TVCG, developing and maintaining operational processes for each as needed
  • Organize logistics of quarterly Board of Managers meetings including materials preparation, travel arrangements, dinner and boardroom reservations
  • Facilitate communications between MMP and the Board of Managers and other key external parties

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities

Compensation
