Job description

SC&H’s Enterprise Advisory & Transformation Practice has an immediate need for a Manager with OneStream experience. Managers will be responsible for leading OneStream implementations. We are the leader in providing CPM implementation services in the Mid-Atlantic region, and our continued growth is creating new opportunities for motivated and talented professionals.

Managers must have a blend of both functional and technical knowledge of CPM solutions and are primarily responsible for overseeing full engagement including application design, build, testing, and training activities. In addition, Managers must be well organized and communicate effectively with a focus on building strong client relationships by gaining insights into their needs, identifying beneficial opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive knowledge to architect solutions on the OneStream platform
  • Maximizes the skills and capabilities of internal and external available resources to optimize project outcomes including goal setting, project reviews and team meetings
  • Ability to estimate level of effort to complete small projects or workflows
  • Lead portions of design (active participant) with Senior Manager and above
  • Demonstrate the capability to lead 2-4 person teams
  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, schedules and project plans
  • Provide support for business development and sales by creating demo content, pitch decks, and pricing models or fee estimates
  • Participate in practice leadership and firm initiatives (non-billable activities)

         Qualification Requirements:

        • BS/MS in Accounting, Finance, Information Science, Business Analytics or another relevant field (CPA or MBA a plus)
        • 5+ years of experience implementing OneStream/CPM software, and a commensurate level of general business expertise
        • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
        • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
        • Previous experience being the main point of contact for stakeholders and C-suite executives
        • Training & Leadership: Supports career growth for team members and ensures consistent expectations in responsibilities

        Salary & Benefits
        The expected annual base salary for this position is $125,000-160,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. In addition, you’ll be rewarded for your contributions to our success through a generous performance-based bonus plan.
