Job description

We are currently seeking experienced Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Professionals to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in drilling operations, well control, and pressure management technologies.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.
  • Experience with Rotating Control Devices (RCD).
  • Knowledge and operational experience in Underbalanced Drilling (UBD).
  • Strong understanding of drilling hydraulics and pressure management.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced drilling environments both onshore and offshore.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications
  • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC WellSharp)
  • H2S Certification
  • SafeLand / PEC Certification
  • First Aid & CPR (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage MPD operations to ensure safe and efficient drilling performance.
  • Perform equipment rig-up and rig-down activities.
  • Operate and troubleshoot MPD systems and associated equipment.
  • Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with rig personnel, drilling contractors, and operators.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
