Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Company Description FIBA Technologies, Inc. designs and manufactures a wide range of gas containment equipment, including seamless pressure vessels and cryogenic systems. Its ASME and DOT-certified vessels support the safe storage and transport of high-pressure gases and chemicals. FIBA's products are widely used at CNG fueling stations, hydrogen fueling stations, and in offshore oil and gas exploration. The company focuses on reliability, safety, and performance, serving customers in demanding industrial and energy markets. Team members contribute to solutions that support critical infrastructure and emerging clean energy applications.
Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Littleton, MA. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting FIBA's gas containment and cryogenic equipment solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, preparing quotes and proposals, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to address customer needs. The representative will support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, trade shows, digital content, and market research to grow brand awareness in target industries. The role also involves providing product training to customers and internal teams, maintaining accurate CRM records, and meeting sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer service. Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities.
  • Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and problem resolution.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing activities, such as campaign support, trade show participation, and basic market analysis.
  • Familiarity with industrial, energy, or gas equipment markets is highly beneficial; experience with technical or engineered products is a plus.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic digital marketing platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site manufacturing and office environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
