We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented leader to drive partnerships and ecosystem integration across the medical imaging and interventional landscape. The role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with imaging manufacturers, interventional technology providers, and digital ecosystem partners to enable seamless integration of Bracco's contrast media, injectors, molecular imaging agents, and AI applications into clinical workflows.

CT and MR contrast media
Ultrasound contrast agents
CT, MR and angiography injectors
AI-powered image enhancement and workflow applications
Protocol and workflow management solutions
The role supports clinical workflows across Radiology, Cardiology, Interventional Imaging, Nuclear Medicine/PET, Radiation Oncology, and Ultrasound.
This position sits at the intersection of strategic partnerships, clinical workflow innovation, digital integration, and commercial enablement. The successful candidate will act as the central orchestrator across OEMs, internal business units, R&D, Digital Health, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and regional commercial teams to accelerate ecosystem adoption and create differentiated customer value.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership Management
  • Support defining and executing Bracco's global ecosystem partnership strategy across imaging, interventional, and clinical technology providers.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with OEMs and strategic partners across business, product, engineering, clinical, and commercial organizations.
  • Identify strategic collaboration opportunities involving: Contrast media workflows; Injectors and protocol management; AI applications and workflow orchestration; Enterprise imaging integration

Workflow & Technology Integration

  • Drive seamless integration of Bracco solutions into imaging and clinical workflows.
  • Coordinate interoperability and co-development initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal R&D, software, digital health, regulatory, and product management teams to prioritize integration requirements and product roadmaps.
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability across imaging platforms and clinical IT environments.
Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead complex cross-functional integration and partnership programs from concept to deployment.
  • Establish governance structures, milestones, KPIs, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Track progress across multiple strategic initiatives and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Coordinate pilot projects, co-development activities, clinical evaluations, and customer implementations.
Commercial Enablement & Market Development
  • Support global and regional commercial organizations with partnership-related strategy and customer engagement.
  • Develop educational and training materials for sales teams, application specialists, and clinical teams.
  • Translate technical integrations into compelling clinical, operational, and economic value propositions.
  • Support joint marketing initiatives, congress activities, customer workshops, and strategic account engagements together with partners.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Monitor trends in imaging ecosystems, AI integration, interoperability, enterprise imaging, and workflow orchestration.
  • Identify emerging opportunities related to: Photon-counting CT; AI-enabled imaging workflows; Ultrasound workflow digitization; Interventional imaging integration
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding partnership priorities and ecosystem positioning.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Imaging, Healthcare Technology, Business, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in medical imaging, healthcare technology, radiology, interventional imaging, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, or related healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of imaging and clinical workflows.
  • Experience working with imaging OEMs, interventional systems, enterprise imaging platforms, injectors, contrast media, molecular imaging agents, or AI solutions preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, product integration, ecosystem development, or cross-functional program leadership.
  • Experience managing complex international stakeholder environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to bridge technical, clinical, and commercial domains.
  • Strong project and program management skills.

  • Experience collaborating with major imaging and healthcare technology companies such as Siemens Healthineers, Philips Healthcare, Canon Medical Systems, United Imaging Healthcare, and GE Healthcare.
  • Knowledge of AI ecosystems, molecular imaging workflows, interventional imaging, or theranostics is a strong advantage.
