The role drives enterprise-wide planning, transformation, and integration efforts across Core Services, Centers for Enablement (C4Es), Shared Services, and enabling functions, fostering alignment between business objectives, technology priorities, and organizational capabilities. Working closely with ISG leaders, business stakeholders, and strategic partners, the Director orchestrates the execution of critical initiatives, removes barriers to delivery, and ensures resources, focus, and leadership attention are directed toward the highest-value opportunities. • Strategic Governance & Performance Stewardship: Establish and lead governance mechanisms that provide the CIO with effective oversight, transparency, and control across strategy execution, investment portfolios, transformation programs, and organizational performance, enabling informed steering and course correction.
