We are seeking a Software Development Manager who will be responsible for direct leadership of our Software Development team and engage in architecture, development, and ongoing enhancement of the company’s proprietary ADR case management and scheduling platform. This role oversees the full software development lifecycle and ensures that the system scales effectively, supports operational excellence, and enhances client service delivery. This position combines deep technical expertise with product and mission level strategic thinking. The position partners closely with leadership and department teams to translate complex business workflows into secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and align software development team resources to accomplish the company’s software initiatives and roadmap.
  • Engage team resources to ensure architecture, scalability, and maintainability serve the company’s long-term strategy.
  • Aid in product design and manage development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities of our proprietary software.
  • Ensure a high level of performance optimization, and data integrity.
  • Manage integrations with accounting systems, e-filing platforms, video conferencing tools, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate to establish and maintain development standards, QA processes, documentation practices, and secure development practices.
  • Implement structured SDLC and agile methodologies to improve delivery consistency.
