Job description

Legere Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact between Legere and medical clinics across the country - reaching out to prospective accounts, booking qualified meetings for our sales reps, and helping ensure those meetings run smoothly from setup through completion. You'll also provide hands-on support to our sales reps, helping manage paperwork and account needs so they can focus on closing business and growing relationships.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career looking to break into pharmaceutical sales, with real room to grow within the company as you build a track record.
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Call on medical clinics (med spas, weight loss clinics, wellness practices, and similar accounts) to introduce Legere's product portfolio
  • Book qualified meetings between prospective clinics and our sales representatives
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and follow up to help ensure booked meetings are completed
  • Support sales reps with account paperwork, onboarding documentation, and administrative needs
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach, calls, and meeting activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Partner closely with the sales team to identify account needs and help resolve issues quickly

What We're Looking For
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required - this is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong phone communication skills and comfort with outbound calling
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through on paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Comfortable learning and working in a CRM (HubSpot experience a plus)

Compensation
  • Base salary: $45,000/year
  • Commission: $20 for every meeting you successfully book, plus an additional $20 when that meeting is completed - $40 total per completed meeting
  • Real growth potential - strong performers have a clear path to grow within the Legere sales organization

Salary Description
$45,000/year
