The Director of Business Solutions is responsible for the planning, governance, delivery, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Bank's business applications, data, integration, and automation capabilities. This role partners with business and technology leaders to understand operational needs and ensure technology solutions effectively support business processes, client service, operational efficiency, risk management, and organizational growth.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Director provides leadership for enterprise applications, data, integration, automation, and business analysis functions, ensuring technology capabilities deliver measurable business value while meeting security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, delivery, optimization, and continuous advancement of the Bank's key business applications, data platforms, integrations, and automation capabilities.
  • Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, automation, and effective use of technology.
  • Oversee application lifecycle management, integrations, key vendor relationships, and enterprise solution delivery.
  • Establish and maintain application, data, and process governance standards, practices, and controls.
  • Develop and maintain application roadmaps, technology investment priorities, and architectural standards to maximize business value and organizational impact.
  • Lead technology initiatives that enhance client service, operational effectiveness, employee productivity, and risk management capabilities.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, audit, operational resilience, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead software, data, automation, and related technology engineers.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business leaders to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies, platforms, and capabilities to identify opportunities that improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
