Job description

Big Top Events Soccer LLC, operators of Forward Madison FC and Rally Madison FC are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Retail Operations Assistant to join our merchandising team. In this role, you will be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring our daily teamstore operations run smoothly, inventory is perfectly tracked, and the sales floor is flawlessly supported.

Responsibilities:
  • Open and/or close the retail store on days with public hours.
  • Provide customer service to shoppers.
  • Assist with stocking the main merchandise store and additional auxiliary stadium locations.
  • Assist with inventory intake - uploading inventory to the back-end system and integrating new stock onto the sales floor.
  • Assist with tagging merchandise.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and organized.
  • Offer support and training to new employees.
  • Respond to customer service emails and phone calls.
  • Operating Heat press to create custom jersey orders.
    • Employees must be at least 18 years old to operate the heat press.
  • Help with online order fulfillment and pick-up orders.
  • Assist Retail Director with Inventory tracking and back room organization.
