Position Overview
The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, developing store leadership, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
This role requires a strategic leader who can balance sales performance, talent development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Unit Retail Leadership
• Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district
• Manage and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and employee engagement
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, sales execution, and customer experience
• Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning
Sales Management & Revenue Growth
• Drive district-wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and growth plans
• Monitor key business metrics including:
o Revenue
o Conversion Rates
o Customer Acquisition
o Customer Retention
o Gross Profit
o Productivity
o Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Analyze performance data and implement action plans to improve results
• Partner with Store Managers to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency
