The Recruitment Director will build and scale a specialist US technology contract division while remaining hands-on in business development, client delivery, and team leadership.


Role Highlights

– Build and lead a high-performing technology contract recruitment function across AI, data, software engineering, ERP/SAP, and digital health markets

– Own a full 360 recruitment desk with responsibility for billing, client acquisition, contractor growth and managing a team

– Proven success in contract recruitment within technology, enterprise systems, software engineering, AI/data, or digital health markets

– Confidence operating in a build environment where ownership and accountability are expected

– Commercial mindset with the ability to identify whitespace opportunities and create specialist markets

– Leadership capability with experience mentoring recruiters or scaling teams preferred
