Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This position plays an important role in ensuring products meet established quality standards by performing inspections, identifying defects, maintaining accurate documentation, and working closely with production and Quality Control management.
FLUENT KOREAN IS REQUIRED
Applicants must be fluent in Korean to be considered for this position. The ability to effectively communicate in Korean is an essential requirement of the role due to regular communication and coordination within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections and testing of parts and finished products.
  • Identify product defects, quality concerns, and non-conforming materials.
  • Report quality issues to the Quality Control Supervisor/Manager.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure finished products meet required quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized quality control documentation.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and strategies.
  • Participate in the development and review of product specifications.
  • Assist with training employees on quality standards and quality control procedures.
  • Analyze quality-related information and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate quality concerns clearly and professionally with team members and management.
  • Follow company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Must be fluent in Korean
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Office

Compensation
