Multi-state design firm is seeking a Site Design Project Manager for their team in Lincoln!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial success of projects through the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure projects completed on a timely basis
  • Manages complex contract negotiations
  • Lead the execution of project plans
  • Assemble/manage project teams
  • Coordinate availability of internal resources
  • Assign individual responsibilities ensuring technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives
  • Ensure deliverables fall within established scope, schedule, and budget through monitoring progress and measuring project performance
  • Manage change requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategies to minimize negative financial impact to the project
  • Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work
  • Build/maintain client relationships
  • Document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records including correspondence, design plans, and other project related files
  • Mentor/train junior staff


Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture
  • 6+ years of experience in site design and development
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect
  • Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
