As a Fixed Operations Branch Manager, this position must lead by example, develop an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our organization as a dealership and employer of choice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments
  • Provide leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments
  • Ensure effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments
  • Develop employees to enhance their performance and career growth
  • Uphold Allegiance Truck’s customer focus by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues timely and professionally
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Stay up on industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Gather and share information from customers and other dealers to help Allegiance better serve our customers and grow market share.
