This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by providing operational product support by working internally to help representatives and systems operate in excellence, ensuring consistency in testing, training, support and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily workload and workflow of team members
  • Ensure that performance thresholds are consistently met and operational efficiency is maintained
  • Address and resolve personnel-related issues, providing constructive feedback on employee check-ins
  • Collaborate in the development of measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives
  • Ensure alignment with ministry priorities and operational efficiency by providing strategic recommendations for optimizing business goals and processes to management
  • Provide clear communications regarding Sprint and Feature details to the Operations Management Team
  • Product Owner responsibilities with EagleFang and Salesforce Teams
  • Ensure proactive issue management and resolution, with timely communication to Joyce Meyer Ministries Business Team to maintain operational continuity
  • Participate in and lead the development of the product roadmap through the portfolio process
  • Demonstrate an understand the portfolio and how products interact with and influence the solutions being developed
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation for Business Operations is consistently updated, maintaining accuracy and compliance with organizational standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work-related experience
  • Knowledge of the business integrations with Salesforce, NICE cxOne & Aperta, Intelemedia preferred
  • Knowledge of Visio preferred
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Ability to think critically and rationalize logically through business issues
  • Ability to correlate the business problem to the technical solution
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Ability to learn quickly and adjust to process and software changes
  • Ability to maintain an eye for detail even in high pressure situations
  • Excellent organizational and active listening skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
