Job description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Business and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Support Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program Resident Office (PRO). This role will provide business operations, contract administration, and financial tracking support in a fast-paced federal acquisition environment supporting shipbuilding program activities.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks and Duties:
  • Provide direct support to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in contract administration and oversight activities
  • Support tracking and monitoring of contract deliverables, funding status, and performance metrics
  • Maintain schedules, trackers, and documentation related to contract performance and program operations
  • Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and analysis of program expenditures and funding utilization
  • Support preparation and review of acquisition documentation, contract modifications, and program materials
  • Assist with data calls, reporting requirements, and program documentation management
  • Coordinate with Government personnel and program stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to support program visibility and execution
  • Support development of reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership review
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and program policies and procedures
  • Assist with audit support activities and documentation preparation for program reviews

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting contract administration, COR activities, or federal program operations
  • Experience working in a federal acquisition or government contracting environment
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting financial tracking, reporting, or program performance analysis
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support fast-paced program operations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with Government stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for tracking and reporting

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Substitution: Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
  • Active Secret clearance strongly preferred
  • Must be eligible for CAC access and pass DHS suitability/background investigation
