Key Responsibilities/Tasks and Duties:
- Provide direct support to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in contract administration and oversight activities
- Support tracking and monitoring of contract deliverables, funding status, and performance metrics
- Maintain schedules, trackers, and documentation related to contract performance and program operations
- Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and analysis of program expenditures and funding utilization
- Support preparation and review of acquisition documentation, contract modifications, and program materials
- Assist with data calls, reporting requirements, and program documentation management
- Coordinate with Government personnel and program stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to support program visibility and execution
- Support development of reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and program policies and procedures
- Assist with audit support activities and documentation preparation for program reviews
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting contract administration, COR activities, or federal program operations
- Experience working in a federal acquisition or government contracting environment
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting financial tracking, reporting, or program performance analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support fast-paced program operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with Government stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for tracking and reporting
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Substitution: Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Active Secret clearance strongly preferred
- Must be eligible for CAC access and pass DHS suitability/background investigation
